You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or regulation, or infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
  • Generate or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, or code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Build or operate applications for phishing, fraud, or the theft of credentials or funds.
  • Create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
  • Attempt to generate instructions for weapons, or for activities that create a serious risk of physical harm.
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, quotas, or access controls, or share accounts to evade plan restrictions.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service except to the extent permitted by law.

2. Model and provider policies

When you generate output through our managed gateway, you must also comply with the usage policies of the underlying model providers. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and use of output are permitted under those policies.

3. Fair use of resources

You may not use the Service in a manner that places an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, or that degrades the experience for other users. Automated or high-volume use outside the intended product experience is not permitted.

4. Security research

We welcome responsible security research. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it to security@tryexova.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to remediate before any public disclosure. Do not access or modify data that is not yours.

5. Reporting abuse

To report content or conduct that violates this policy, email abuse@tryexova.com.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, throttle or suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Where feasible and lawful, we aim to provide notice, but we may act immediately for severe or ongoing violations.
